Streszczenie: celem niniejszego artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na znaczenie talentów i pasji w życiu zawodowym i osobistym człowieka oraz na metody, które pozwalają rozpoznać talenty i znaleźć sposób na rozwój i wdrożenie ich w życie. W pierwszej części przeanalizowano teoretyczne zagadnienia związane
z talentami oraz istniejące metody ich rozpoznania i rozwoju. Rozpatrzono coaching od strony związku z talentami, pasjami oraz ich rozwojem. Przedstawiono niektóre metody coachingu związane z rozpoznaniem i rozwojem talentów. W drugiej części zaprezentowana autorska metoda Teatr Procesu, bazująca na założeniach psychodramy oraz psychologii procesu Arnolda Mindella. Zaprezentowano teoretyczne podstawy metody, opisano podstawowe założenia i procedury stosowane w ramach metody, przedstawiono, w jaki sposób metoda może być zastosowana w coachingu, ze szczególnym akcentem na zagadnienie odkrycia rozwoju talentów.

Abstract: the purpose of this article is to show the importance of talent and passion in professional and personal
life of human being. Author is looking for the methods that are helpfull in recognizing the talents and finding
a way to develop and implement them in life. The first part present the theoretical issues related to the talents and
existing methods of talent exploration and development. Author analyzes relationship between coaching and
talent discovery and implementation, presented some coaching methods associated with the talent discovery and
talent development. In the second part presented an original method Theatre of Process, based on assumptions
of psychodrama and the process oriented psychology by Arnold Mindell. Presents the theoretical basis of the
method and procedures used in the method and show how the method can be used in coaching, with particular
emphasis on the issue of the talent discovery and talent development.
